I specialize in neuro-diverse diagnoses, ASD, ADHD and Anxiety. I have worked along side families and individuals to help manage the day to day struggle unique to these diagnoses. I have supported clients at home, worked with educators and developed strategies for community involvement. I specialize with working with both children and adults, ages 5+, to help ease suffering and improve overall functioning. I can work with parents to help solve problems with their children, provide support for the difficulty of parenting, and psychoeducation about the challenges their child is facing. I also have experience with clients who struggle with trauma, grief, self-harm and suicidality.

Therapy is a unique experience in which trust and collaboration are built and developed over time between the therapist, client, and family members. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to look at the family as a system and how an individual client within the system is able to develop appropriate boundaries and healthy communication patterns. I utilize CBT, DBT and Play Therapy techniques. I am DBT trained and I am working towards certification in this area. I am also trained in Play Therapy and close to becoming a Registered Play Therapist. I work with children age 3-years to adults.
