I provide parenting support to help you and your family through those challenges. I also provide individual therapeutic services for a range of mental health challenges.

Hello! I have worked with individuals, families and couples and have provided clinical supervision and mental health program management for 20+ years. In this time, I've had the privilege of working alongside individuals, couples, and families seeking support, clarity, and healing. I compassionately meet clients where they are and together we move toward their desired goals. I believe people are naturally gifted with the tools, wisdom and resilience to reach their greatest potential.

I work with children and their caregivers who are experiencing challenging behaviors, transitions, family conflict, adjustment issues, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, self esteem, both individually and in family therapy. My therapy style consists of a two part process with parent consultations along with individual therapy and I encourage parents to be a part of the therapeutic process. I also provide services to adult individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and self esteem.

I work with children (ages 5-10 years old), their families, and adults in building trusting relationships that promote healthy emotional regulation, safe boundaries, positive relationships, increased self-compassion, and resiliency. My goal is to ensure all my clients feel heard and that we work together to build a collaborative relationship that promotes strength and healing.

For 20 years I have worked with children, teens and adults to find their voice and empower themselves. I ensure my clients are treated with the utmost respect and honored for their individuality and uniqueness. The comfortable and caring environment of my office puts client's at ease. Integration of play and alternative methods of therapy provide client's the opportunity to work in a manner that best fits their needs during their healing journey.
