I have worked with children and adults, both with and without intellectual/developmental challenges. My goal is to help people achieve a sense of mastery, autonomy, and purpose in their lives. By identifying and building on strengths you already have, we can work together to help create more balance and contentment in your life. I enjoy fostering mindfulness and other skills which reduce distress and build resiliency, and have co-authored a book on children and anxiety.

It can be exhausting to pretend that you aren’t as overwhelmed, hurt, angry, ashamed or scared as you are. The weight of these feelings can sometimes be too much to bear alone. With me, you won’t have to hide your scars or keep up appearances. You don’t need to know exactly where to start. We’ll let curiosity guide our conversations about whatever is on your mind. Through this process, we’ll figure out what stands between your life today and the one you’d like to live

I am not accepting new clients at this time. I specialize in providing emotional support to people impacted by a cancer experience, whether you are the loved-one/caregiver or it is your own medical journey. I hold an oncology social work certification as I'm committed to maintaining expertise in this area of need. In our work together I will use a warm and personable approach and provide a welcoming space. Hi there! I’m so glad you’re considering therapy, a brave first step in itself. I enjoy working with adult and emerging adult populations, and I have a particular affinity for working with emerging adults and college/grad students. I believe that a large part of healing happens in relationship with others, and I’m here to build a collaborative partnership with you where together we can create a path towards a more fulfilling life. I use a person-centered, interpersonal, and psychodynamic approach to therapy, while remaining adaptive to the unique needs of each client. I look forward to hearing what brings you here.

I work with adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. I specialize in working with concerns around sexual orientation, sexual behavior/relationships, gender identity, and substance use/addictive behaviors. I especially enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students. Developing and maintaining your identity and autonomy are integral parts of therapy, and it is important to me to prioritize these in a warm, genuine, and collaborative way. I draw from different therapy approaches to find an approach and rhythm that works for you.

Are you at a point in life where you're feeling disconnected from yourself and in your closest relationships? Whether you’re a parent feeling overwhelmed, a professional experiencing burnout, or a partner feeling disconnected... you find yourself feeling stuck, repeating the same patterns of codependence, fighting or people pleasing. If this sounds like you or your relationship, it's time to make a change. I work with individuals & couples, just like you, struggling to manage their roles, expectations, and unhealed traumatic experiences. Their relationships are suffering & they feel disconnected from what used to feel good.

As a parent of a struggling teenage son, you want to do whatever you can to help get your teen on the right path. I help struggling teenage guys discover their identity, realize their strengths, and use those strengths to catapult into adulthood with a sense of competence and confidence. Adolescence is an exciting time where teens form their unique identity, build meaningful social connections, and learn to think in an innovative way. Ironically, what makes adolescence so exciting can also make it enormously stressful for both teens and their caretakers.

Honestly, Chris is just a really cool and chill guy. This makes him so easy to open-up to. No judgement, no lectures, just progress. He is well-liked around ALL IN Therapy Clinic. After meeting him, it should be easy to see why. He's a really relaxed guy who is super easy to talk to.

Do you ever ask yourself, with a little curiosity, "What the hell is my life?" as you are pondering what you want and how to get there? Loneliness sucks. Connection is difficult. Unhealthy coping tools feel easier to use than the good ones. Together, we will work on changing the narrative, coping with the intense pressure and stress you are facing, focusing on your strengths, and allowing space to connect to compassion for yourself. I work with people who struggle with mental health and addiction, relationship issues, self-esteem, isolation and a general disconnect from life. What is creating a block for you? Let's get to work.

I value both empathy and humor when it comes to the therapeutic process. I am passionate about creating a therapeutic relationship with each of my clients that includes a compassionate, inviting, and inclusive nature. I enjoy partnering with my clients to be creative in the therapeutic process to find what works best for them, as I believe everyone is unique in their own ways. Majority of my experience and expertise is working with children and families.

She's very relaxed, present, warm, and kind. She’s like a nice warm blanket, with some hot cocoa…she just feels right. Kelsey is very gifted and determined to help her clients make the change they are looking for. While she is patient and kind, she is not going to do the work for you. She does ask that her clients put effort into their change in-between session. But, as long as you are trying your best, you are going to find working with her to be both helpful and motivating.

My father was an alcoholic who drank to coverup anxiety and depression and eventually died from it. His life and subsequent death has had a significant impact on me. I couldn't save him but I realized from an early age that I wanted to help others with their problems. Perhaps you have a difficult situation or feel stuck or discouraged. Together we will work to build a supportive and safe relationship; identify and clarify issues; help you tell your unique story; and develop strategies for action so that you can make positive changes and move forward in your life.
