Martha Waterfield is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota who has been practicing since 2024. She received a BA in Psychology from Carleton College and is currently pursuing an MA in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in CoOccurring Disorders at the University of St. Thomas. Martha provides an empathetic, nonjudgmental, holistic approach. She considers clients the experts of their own lives and seeks to listen to understand, highlight client strengths, and support them in feeling empowered to make the changes they want to see in their lives.

Penny graduated from the University of Minnesota with Child Psychology and Elementary Education degrees and has experience teaching in elementary, junior high, and preschool programs. Penny also spent some time at home with her family while working in various roles in the fitness industry. She then fulfilled a lifelong dream of being a therapist and earned her Master’s in Counseling from St. Mary’s in June 2021.
