Hello, my name is Claire! I am a former gymnast who has a strong passion for giving back to the athletic community. I specialize in working with student athletes and their mental health symptoms that impact sports performance, self-esteem, anxiety, confidence, and mental stamina working through injuries. In addition, I enjoy working with children, adolescents, couples, parents, and families who desire to experience change and growth through insight and empowerment.
