She has extensive training and experience with Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT,) providing children with the opportunity to process traumatic and stressful events.

Dr. Follingstad works with clients on a variety of issues (PTSD, Abuse, Incest, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Psychological Testing). Dr. Follingstad has more than 25 years of experience working and living in Minnesota communities that included a mix of ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and etiologies. Kara received her Master of Social Work Degree from St. Cloud State University in 2015. She recently was working or PrairieCare as an inpatient social worker, co-located therapist at a pediatric clinic and supervisor through PrairieCare for the past 5 years. She worked with pediatricians and psychiatrist to create a collaborative approach for patients as well as finding resources that were best for the family as well as specializing in working with children and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and Anger.

Jules has experience in working with people between the ages of 6 and 65+ utilizing many therapy styles and techniques in her approach with clients. Jules currently works with clients ages 14 to 65+. Jules has practiced counseling with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups in both clinical/inpatient and outpatient settings. Jules adapts techniques from both traditional and creative modalities of therapy in aims to provide appropriate therapy for unique client.

Kara Harms is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota who has been practicing since 2017. She has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Kara works with clients at their in place in overcoming life obstacles in order to get them to where they want to be in their lives. Jordan has 7 years of experience working in the day treatment environment and 2 years working with children with Autism. Jordan enjoys working with children and adolescents and has extensive experience in working with individuals and families that are affected by trauma. She utilizes a strengths-based and person-centered approaches as well as incorporating mind and body techniques.
