I've used Neurotherapy effectively with ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Panic, Phobia, Anger, OCD, Depression, Pain, Sleep, Brain Injured, and PTSD clients.
I am a Holistic Family Therapist, specializing in Neuro-therapy: an effective non-drug therapy that uses brain wave technologies (Neurofeedback, Alpha/Theta and Biofeedback), and psychotherapy to achieve optimal health! Feeling stuck in the "same old patterns" and traditional therapies aren't appealing? Take your brain to the gym to enhance central nervous system functioning and improve your MENTAL Performance, EMOTIONAL Control, and PHYSIOLOGICAL Stability! Imagine a therapy that is fun, involves an E.E.G., computer, movies, music, games and zero-gravity chair. I work collaboratively with you, and your feedback is key to healing, transformation, and change.

I love working with children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, social, and executive functioning, academic, challenges, and symptoms.
I help children, adolescents, and young adults become the best version of themselves mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally. I understand the demands and pressures placed on them and utilize a “Values, Holistic, Mindfulness, Well-being” model to help them achieve “Psychological Flexibility.” This means becoming more aware of thoughts and feelings, having more control over actions and performance, and becoming the best version of themselves.

I work with adult individuals who are seeking support with depression, anxiety, grief / loss, life transitions, relationship issues and more.
Mental health therapy in nature: let's run or walk together. Coupling exercise with mental health treatment can make a profound impact. I have found that individuals who are committed to their treatment plans and incorporate goals that include exercise begin to feel better faster. There is something about running and/or walking in nature that just feels good.

Life is a journey that occasionally can become difficult, and even painful. Our emotions can be overwhelming, disconnected, or confusing. Our relationships can become challenging and unfulfilling. We can discover we aren't the person we ultimately hope to be. I desire to help people make sense of their struggles and for them to know they aren't alone in the challenges and suffering life brings. Through sincere interest, deep listening, and a devoted presence, my hope is that therapy can be a place to make peace with the past, find renewed joy and richness in the present, and know hope and healing for the future to come.

I once read a story about a sea lion that somehow ended up in a barren desert. It was dry and parched and the closest thing resembling the sea was a mud puddle. He was sad and lost and knew he didn't belong, but he had been there so long and knew of nothing else, so he considered it "home". Too often, we find ourselves like this sea lion, living an unfulfilling existence, or in surroundings that aren't consistent with who we are. We passively accept our lot in life or sabotage efforts to live with passion and joy.

My mission is to empower individuals to grow and reach their full potential by working through life's challenges in a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Sessions are client-focused, allowing room for the individual to create personal goals. The therapeutic relationship is a safe place to explore the self and process problematic or stressful issues. By sharing thoughts and feelings, core beliefs unfold, allowing for greater insight. In therapy, we can work to diminish turmoil, restore our connections to others and reduce feelings of anxiety, sadness and frustration.

Life. It can be wonderful and it can be frustrating, discouraging, sometimes devastating. When things aren't going well, we need help. Maybe it is the stress of work or family. It could be deep discouragement about... life. Lose someone? Marriage limping along? kids seem distant? Feeling hopeless? I love helping people when life is difficult. I have hope for you, and can see the light at the end of the tunnel when you can't. I've seen dark days in my life. We'll work together, build a plan and carry it out to find a solution to a better life. There is a way out, you just need a guide.

You have done the hardest part, showing up for yourself, and acknowledging that you are important. Therapy is not easy, and finding the space to connect and/ or reconnect to your self exploration and personal reflection is a gentle process. We as individuals shift all the time, and I believe in the ability to sit in discomfort, process emotions and experiences, while creating steps for growth, transition, and change. The ability to become more secure and confident in yourself, while learning your own personal patterns that may impact attachment, communication, and coping skills, and wanting to grow through each stage.

Hello, and welcome! I work best with clients who are going through transitions, experiencing relationship problems, unravelling past traumas, breaking away from family patterns, coping with mood disorders, and trying to find themselves. I strongly believe therapy is for everyone, and that most of us at some point in our lives find ourselves needing clarity, refocusing, and processing. Some of my clients have seen counselors throughout their lives; others are having their first experience in therapy. I enjoy working with both! (At this time I am only seeing clients 18+ years old)

As you browse profiles looking for the right therapist, you will find many leading with their degrees, training and hopes that they have just the right 'cure' for what you're facing. I look at therapy and being a therapist slightly different. I don't want to imply or assume that I know more about being you than you do. I don't want to imply or assume that I know what's right or best for you. You already have that information and knowledge. My job is to help you uncover it.

New Evening and Teen Group Openings! For whatever brings you to therapy, I will foster a safe and open space that provides support and validation while being a non-judgmental witness to your personal story. Working collaboratively, we will create and work towards therapeutic goals through the exploration of past and current experiences and how they have built beliefs, making connections from past and present. As we explore these connections, we will work to identify how they create negative or unrealistic core beliefs, while instilling more helpful ones that can lead to greater overall wellbeing and a more positive sense of self.

Accepting New Clients! Vulnerability is an act of bravery. But being brave isn’t easy when you do it alone. And it’s especially difficult when your brain is telling you that you aren’t good enough, worthy, or important. Maybe your mind has convinced you that if you wash your hands, google that medical condition for hours, or stop thinking that thought, the fears and anxiety will go away. Perhaps by changing the way you eat, you can “fix it.” For some, being who you are is challenging or even not allowed, because those around you do not understand or approve.
