I really enjoy working with motivated clients who are seeking help to resolve problems in their life. Some things are simple but other things are quite complex. I enjoy working with both kinds of problems. It is very satisfying to watch a client learn, grow and change - and sometimes over years of time.

Just like every client is different, every therapist is different, and it's important to find someone who you like working with. It is a way to learn about how each construct the meaning that forms our lives and our feelings and to take responsibility for constructing them to be what we wish. My role as therapist is to correct, understand, empathize, suggest and confront. Therapy can be in turn difficult, fun, painful, confusing, boring, upsetting and once in a while transcending. Because the construction of meaning in our lives is active, I am not a passive listener but an active participant in the process of relationship and change.
