Having an Integrated approach means an all-encompassing approach utilizing dietary changes, exercise, meditation, and psychotherapy techniques to build strategies that are unique to each individual. Some prefer to have time to feel comfortable with the process, others like moving towards different skills quickly to allow for more at-home practice time. Every person is different. The ideal client will be ready for change and willing to work on skills on their own time. They would also be open to both individual and group sessions.

I have a background working as a hospice social worker where I provided counseling to those at the end of life and their loved ones

I have worked with men suffering from substance abuse and mental health disorders at Park Avenue Treatment Center in Minneapolis, for approximately 10 years. I have over twenty years of experience working with the homeless populations in the Twin Cities.
