I have experience working with a culturally diverse population of individuals. My clients range from age 6 to age 65. Most of my experience is working with children, teens, young adults, adults, and families. I believe the greatest success is to accompany the client on their journey and to be the guide to navigate through the challenges of life. I regard the client to be the expert in their lives and it is important for them to discuss their goals and their expectations. Kelli is a marriage and family therapist who has been practicing since 2012. She graduated from Bethel University with a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology and received a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. Kelli is passionate about helping clients heal and discover their intrinsic worth as human beings, and has a special heart for middle- and high-school girls. She encourages her clients to pursue wellness in all areas of health, including physical and spiritual as well as emotional.

Kara received her Master of Social Work Degree from St. Cloud State University in 2015. She recently was working or PrairieCare as an inpatient social worker, co-located therapist at a pediatric clinic and supervisor through PrairieCare for the past 5 years. She worked with pediatricians and psychiatrist to create a collaborative approach for patients as well as finding resources that were best for the family as well as specializing in working with children and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and Anger.

Cassidy works collaboratively with clients to explore and build strengths, while navigating life difficulties.

I am a licensed graduate social worker in the state of Minnesota and have been practicing since 2020. I completed my Master of Social Work Degree in Clinical Mental Health at the University of Minnesota and have experience providing individual and family therapy in community-based, school, and clinical settings. Maria Kasl is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota with 18 years of experience. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Alcohol and Drug Studies from Minnesota State University-Mankato and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Adler Graduate School. Maria believes in using a holistic approach that focuses on the person's abilities to change and thrive to reach their full potential. She employs a philosophy of motivational interviewing and person-centered approaches using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, Adlerian theory, and positive psychology.

I have provided mental health services in a variety of settings that include: inpatient hospital units for children, adolescents and adults, group homes, schools, day treatment settings, and community mental health clinics. John Anderson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, he has been working in the field since 2008. He completed his undergrad at Bethel University and his Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University. John is an Approved Supervisor and Clinical Fellow with The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and Board Approved Supervisor with the BMFT and BBHT in Minnesota. John brings a trauma-informed perspective to his counseling work and is passionate about helping youth and families achieve their greatest potential.
