Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy in a culturally sensitive way. I have over 13 years of experience working with individuals dealing with self-esteem, trauma, family, marital, and relationship issues. I have also done extensive work with individuals in the areas of communication and boundaries.
Each of us is unique and I use an integrative approach with psychodynamic, family systems, and attachment theory. I work in a relational way and take a collaborative approach to therapy.
