We all have profound inner wisdom to heal. My role is to assist clients in identifying their unique strengths while providing support and guidance on that path. In collaboration we uncover the unconscious and conscious thoughts and beliefs that contribute to dis-ease. I offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals, couples and groups both in person and virtually. My close collaboration with prescribing physicians allows me to offer a variety of therapeutic options as well as increase accessibility to KAP for clients interested in this modality.

My therapeutic approach incorporates mindfulness-based practices that increase somatic (body) and cognitive (mind) awareness, bringing the connections between physical and emotional responses into consciousness. These practices provide a strong foundation for increased awareness and growth to take place.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative journey rooted in a foundation of trust and connection between client and therapist. My practice is grounded in providing a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship with every client. I respect and welcome my clients’ diverse spectrum of differences, and specialize in serving the LGBTQ+ community.
