We all struggle at times to feel understood or with self doubt, while searching for solutions to overwhelming problems. Whether you are an individual or couple troubled by a present, past or current event, taking that first step, towards talking to someone who may be able to help sort things out, may be one of the most difficult things you do. I would like to make it a little easier.
I provide counseling and therapy to individuals and couples, with a variety of problems, move through difficult times. Whether you feel depressed, confused, traumatized, anxious or not quite sure what you're feeling, it sometimes helps to talk about what you're experiencing and examine how those thoughts are affecting your feelings.
