My approach to therapy is eclectic, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, among others. My style is interactive, casual and practical. The focus of therapy is creating positive changes that will increase satisfaction with life, relationships and self. Creating change is an active and dynamic process.
