I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working with children, teens, young adults, and their families. My experiences include having worked in community-based, private practice, and hospital (both inpatient/outpatient) settings. In therapy I mainly draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. I believe that it is essential to take into consideration the unique qualities/needs of each client and family, and provide a supportive therapeutic environment to facilitate the discussion of their concerns.
Therapy is a highly personal process, and nothing is more important than establishing a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship. Through this I hope to assist clients in becoming aware and accepting of their experiences, as well as identifying their values and committing to acting in ways that lead them to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
I am currently taking referrals for individual therapy, psychological testing, and group therapy (High School/Young-Adult Anxiety & Depression Groups). Both in person and telepsychology options are available.

As our worlds have been turned upside down, even more teens are struggling with their emotions. Our adolescent groups have successfully shifted to telepsychology where teens continue to interact and gain support during this unique time. We are also in the process of resuming groups live in the office. Our young adult groups (age 18-25) utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other Third Wave CBT approaches to aid college students & working adults in navigating our ever-changing environment. Our young adult groups are being conducted via telepsychology to increase access for and opportunities for interpersonal connection and support, particularly for those away at college.
