I have a passion and commitment for assisting people with deepening and understanding relationships. Relationships with themselves, spouses, family members, co-workers, bosses and whoever else they may interact with. I believe that understanding ourselves and why we feel the way we do impacts how we interact with the world around us and the responsibilities we face.
I specialize in helping others understand feelings of anxiety, depression, and feeling misunderstood. Using tools derived from Polyvagal theory, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, will allow me to help you have a deeper understanding of yourself, translating to a deeper connection with yourself and others in your life.
Managing relationships, responsibilities and caring for yourself is a lot to manage. Feeling depressed, anxious or overwhelmed can often feel lonely. We don't have to go through the difficulties of life alone. There are ways to feel more connected, more understood and more at peace, and it is my passion to help others achieve this for themselves.
