"Life’s difficulties can be overwhelming and at times feel unmanageable. Utilizing aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques, I can assist you in learning skills to manage life’s stressors and decrease that overwhelming feeling. Together, we can navigate through the therapeutic process and find what is comfortable for you. I assist individuals to address things such as relationships, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and behaviors. I provide therapy for ages five and up for individuals, couples, families and groups. We also offer teen, adult male and female groups.
We also offer Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) (an in home worker) whom works with children 5-18 on skill building (i.e., anger management, communication, relationships, coping, listening, boundaries, etc.). BHIS is a great addition to the therapy process for quicker improvements and family interaction! BHIS is an IA Medicaid service."
