What does it mean to be perfect? Oftentimes, we tell ourselves that life will be better, we’ll be happier, with the perfect body. I work with clients who are struggling with their body image and the conditions that typically come with it: anxiety, depression, negative body image, and eating disorders. They are doing what they can to love who they are, regardless of what their body looks like, but want support in developing strength, confidence, and resilience.
I am dedicated about aiding women in improving their body image. If you've ever felt obsessed with how you look or what you need to do to obtain the "perfect" figure, I'm here to help. Body obsessions are exhausting and leads to more anxiety and depression. If you are ready for help in trying to break out of this thought pattern, I am here!
Resiliency is the ability to overcome challenges. I am passionate about helping you build resilience. You can learn coping skills, nurture support systems, build tolerance to distress, confidence, and find inner strength in therapy.
