I treat clients in Hawaii, New Mexico, and Washington. I specialize in anxiety disorders, phobias and OCD-related disorders, including BDD and social anxiety. I use COMB, ERP, PE and CPT for PTSD, and CBTi for insomnia. I provide specialized treatment for parents whose children have anxiety and OCD and refuse to engage in therapy (SPACE).
With hard work, and diligence, you CAN have a richer, fuller life! Life begins at the end of your comfort zone--so find your path. Make an appointment. I also offer consultation for therapists interested in using ERP with their clients. I am online only, and see adults 18+.
