Blue Phoenix Counseling provides a safe non-judgmental space to process and heal from life's challenges and trauma. I have extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, low self esteem, recovery from domestic violence, and substance addiction. I am patient centered in my therapeutic approach. This involves implementing one or more therapeutic methods to ensure each patient's individual needs are met.
I have been working as a counselor since 2011. This experience has been in a variety of treatment settings, including Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Programs, Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Programs and Outpatient Clinics with individuals & groups. This experience has developed a skill set that can apply to a variety of clinical needs.
