You're navigating relationships, responsibilities, and planning for the future but don't quite trust your own judgment. Your self-esteem wavers daily. The expectations you place on yourself are completely unfair but you hold yourself to a higher standard than others. Your loved ones want to help, but they don't say the right things and may make it even worse. You question if you're being dramatic or just overthinking. You wonder if you'll ever feel like yourself again. It can get better. I can help.

I specialize in helping teen and young adult women make sense of their emotions and manage them effectively. It won't always feel this way. You will learn ways to calm your anxiety, cope with your stress, and feel hopeful again. We work on making healthy decisions and trusting your intuition. I'll believe in you until you believe in yourself.

It takes a lot to ask for help, especially from someone you haven't met yet. Being vulnerable can be scary, but you know it's time to start doing the work.
