Brittany primarily works with children, adolescences and teens ranging from ages 3-18. Brittany does work with some adults focusing on trauma related concerns. She has worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and trauma. Some evidence-based techniques that she has used in sessions include, play therapy, art therapy, DBT, and trauma focused techniques.

Crystal Carter is a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor. Crystal has over 15 years of experience in working with adults, children, and families in various capacities. Crystal holds licenses in both Mississippi and Tennessee. Crystal specializes in helping clients address trauma, grief, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and parenting concerns.

Lauren received her B.S. in Psychology in 2006 and M.S. in Counseling in 2011 from William Carey University. She is very passionate about working with individuals, children/adolescents, and families to improve relationships and quality of life. Lauren is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Aggression Replacement Training (ART), Collaborative Problem Solving(CPS), the Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (ACRA), and has training in being an Adoptions Competent Counselor.

All of my previous experiences in counseling and the diversity in the population served has prepared me to help you with your current needs and goals.
