My mission is to provide a confidential, non-judgmental, and safe place for my clients to process and heal. I believe that every client has the strength to make positive changes, and I am here to be a supportive and genuine guide. In therapy, I will honor vulnerability and connect on an empathetic level.. My goal is to help my clients reach their full potential by breaking down the negative beliefs that are formed starting at a young age. Therapy can be uncomfortable and difficult but I will create a comforting and hope-filled environment for all clients.
I will implement a person centered approach as well as a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and others to help clients reach their goals. Each client will have a personalized treatment plan based on specific needs.
If you are feeling nervous or scared about starting therapy, you are not alone. I recognize that it is a big step and can be intimidating. Your courage does not go unnoticed, and I can't wait to guide you along this journey!
