I treat adolescents and adults, grappling with a wide range of issues and I find that anxiety and depression often show up through a variety of manifestations. As such, my role is to help people better understand their root causes. Therapy is centered around enhanced emotional well-being through increased insight and decision-making capabilities as well as improved coping strategies.
My expertise includes assessment and treatment of mental health-related issues related to relationships, sexual health and trauma.
