I utilize several clinical modalities including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic work, solution-focused therapy, design thinking and mindfulness techniques. Together we’ll work to find the right approach for you.
Therapy and mental health practices can have profound limitations when they do not acknowledge power differentials, when they limit ideas of family and identity, and when they overlook healing practices rooted in non-White, and non-medical models of health.
