In my practice with adults, I address a range of issues from emotional stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. I also specialize in helping people cope with health conditions and chronic illness/pain. I incorporate a psycho-dynamic and relational analytic orientation to my work. I engage clients in a process of greater reflection and mindfulness and guide them to learn how to lower reactivity, stress and anxiety. I provide a holistic approach including reducing symptoms that limit quality of life and improving one's awareness of self-experiences that hinder greater personal freedom, growth and healing.
I hold Advanced Certification in EMDR and am Guided Imagery Stress Reduction specialist. I am also a Certified Multiple Sclerosis specialist. I have designed an app that offers guided imagery to lower test and injection anxiety, preparing for surgery/chemotherapy, insomnia, dental fear and coping with auto immune disorders.
