ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS starting August 2024. I don't believe that therapy is just about the destination -it's also about the journey. How do you get from where you are now to where you want to be? The path we take in the therapeutic process should involve learning about yourself, growing into the goals you set for yourself, and evolving to create positive, lifelong changes you can carry with you even after the journey in the office ends. While therapy can be a huge step for some people, it is not a step you have to take by yourself. We will experience it and walk through the process together until you've reached where you want to be.
I enjoy the work I do with many populations and ages. Through the years, I have worked with people of a wide variety: from mood disorders at WPIC to teens in an inpatient setting to adults with dual diagnosis in an outpatient setting. Every one of those people have one thing in common: a desire to change and to grow despite the challenges they face.
