My therapy style focuses on helping you connect deeply with others, manage conflict, maintain meaningful relationships, and put language to the parts of your experience you fear nobody can understand. The therapy space is a practice arena where you learn to cultivate belonging and feel a bit less alone.
Therapy should be a space for you to explore your unique identity. I'm an LGBTQIA2+ advocate and ally, use a feminist/multicultural lens, and believe it is imperative to recognize systems of oppression in clinical work. I believe in the power of consistent, dependable, unfiltered relationships and prioritize rapport when working with clients.

Interpersonal Process Group
Group therapy is a unique environment in which a group of people come together to both give and receive help from one another. If group members can completely understand and work out their relationships with the other group members, there will be an enormous carryover into their "real life." They will discover pathways to more rewarding relationships with significant people in their life now and with people they have yet to meet. What happens in the group mirrors life, but now with an opportunity to achieve a different outcome.
