My clinical specialties are Adult ADHD/Complex ADHD, anxiety disorders, and PTSD and complex trauma. Experiencing ADHD without proper diagnosis and treatment often leads to a traumatic lived experience due to navigating an environment that isn't accommodating to the ADHD brain.
