I have extensive experience helping individuals who struggle to cope with depression, anxiety, life transitions, academic/executive functioning issues, self-esteem and relationship struggles. As a NSHC Certified Health Coach I also offer clinical counseling & coaching for chronic health issues that might require lifestyle and/or dietary changes. I draw upon psychoanalytic, psychodynamic & humanistic strategies to elicit deeper understanding of the sources of psychological distress working to improve self-awareness, confidence and personal empowerment.
I work with adults ages 18+, offering both psychotherapy and health coaching services. With training in motivational interviewing (MI), I offer the ability to elicit habit or behavior change for those feeling "stuck" in an unhealthy lifestyle or behavior. I also offer canine animal-assisted therapy for those who would benefit.
