I mainly utilize a trauma-informed approach, as most of my experience has been with at-risk youth and victims of domestic violence However, I don't subscribe to any single theoretical approach. I employ techniques associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic theory while allowing you to share your experiences.
I am passionate about empowering men and women to live happy, healthy and productive lives. I understand how past experiences and any patterns developed as a result, can often get in the way of you and your best self.
