I am a black woman with 8+ years of experience helping clients with anxiety related to complicated life transitions, work/school issues, self-esteem, and interpersonal/relationship issues. In therapy we'll sort through difficult thoughts/feelings, clarify your goals/values, explore skills for coping with the uncertainties of life and enhance self-confidence.
