As a first generation US born Latinx female, I️ understand the complexities of life both lived and learned. I️ believe that individuals need space and time to feel comfortable to talk about their deeply rooted concerns. I subscribe to a 'relevant to the patient' technique, and I draw from the following treatment modalities of therapy; Humanistic Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.
I️ have experience working with victims and survivors of Domestic Violence, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and life adjustments, as well as adults with substance abuse. I️ specialize in working with the Latinx population and am bilingual in Spanish.
At Expansive Therapy, we believe that high quality therapy should be accessible to everyone. That's why we offer an out-of-network program for PPO and POS plans. We do all the leg work for you—we check your benefits, submit your claims, advocate for higher rates on your behalf, and once you reach your deductible, we lower your fee to a copay between $0-110.
