Welcome! I’m the founder and CEO of Minor Inspirations LLC bringing over 21 years of experience in the field of Psychology & Social Work including as a Marriage & Family Therapist. I offer private-pay therapy sessions along with documentation for insurance reimbursement. My services are tailored to your unique needs, aiming to strengthen relationships, achieve mental stability, and foster meaningful change.
I specialize in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and Structural Therapy. I draw from these techniques—and various other MFT modalities—depending on what fits best for your specific issues and goals.
I’ve experienced my own struggles with self-esteem, mental health, & relationship issues. These experiences have shaped me into a therapist who is empathetic, practical, & down-to-earth.
