We are a collective of five licensed clinicians working with children, adults and adolescents struggling with attachment issues, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, Eating Disorders, Phobias, OCD, couples therapy and Substance Abuse. We are committed to providing high quality evidence-based treatment. We look forward to talking with you more.
One of our specialties is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We provide comprehensive DBT including individual therapy, coaching calls, skills groups for adults and adolescents and we are part of a DBT consultation team. We also provide couples, family, play therapy, Psychological Testing and sand tray therapy. We also provide walking therapy outdoors.
Other specialties are Prolonged Exposure and ERP. Prolonged Exposure is the evidence based treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. We have been trained, certified and supervised by Dr. Edna Foa and her team for Prolonged Exposure Therapy. We are also trained in the treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder which is (ERP) Exposure Response Prevention.

Adherent DBT skills groups for adults. Modeled after Marsha Linehan. 2 hours Monday or Tuesday nights. Co-ed groups. Folks also have to be in individual therapy. Group in a class not a support group.

DBT groups for Adolescents
Adherent DBT group for adolescents and their parents. One parents has to attend the group every week with their child. 2 hours each week, must also be in individual therapy. This is a class not a support group.
