I conduct Pre-Bariatric Surgery Psychological Evaluations and psychotherapy pre and post surgery as needed. I also help people with Pre-Adoption Psychological Evaluations prior to international adoption. Additionally, within a team assessment methodology approach, I provide psychological testing and evaluation along with my pre-licensed doctoral candidate colleagues under my supervision. We assess ADHD, Personality, Cognitive and Memory, Behavior, Trauma, Functional Assessments, and other evaluations (ages 8+ for testing).

In today's world, we often find ourselves disconnected from our loved ones, communities, and ourselves. The challenges we face can be more complex and layered than we may realize; just like us. It can seem daunting to take on healing (new or old pains) on our own, and we often feel we should or have to go it alone. As a therapist, my goal is to partner with you in building upon your insight, empowerment, fulfillment, and practical agency for healing. We are active participants in both the challenges we face and the solutions we create; within accountability lies empowerment.

I see clients of all ages, including individuals and families. My areas of interest include; anxiety and depression, ADD and ADHD, adjustment disorders, recovery from trauma, grief and loss, and disenfranchised grief. I have training in various modalities of therapy such a play therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network, and trauma systems therapy.
