My telehealth clients are individuals from ages 10 and up who come to therapy to creatively work on life stressors, coping strategies, boundaries, self-esteem and identity in a safe and supportive environment. Often times artistic, sensitive, intelligent people will have very unique problems in this world. As both an LPC-A and a Provisional Art Therapist, I will meet you where you are with a calm, compassionate demeanor. I help clients gain confidence, regulate emotions, and improve communication and relationships.

I work with both adolescents and adults and utilize a variety of practical tools to promote growth and change. In our sessions together, we will address your goals for therapy, build resilience, and to improve communication and social skills.
