I offer traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, trauma sensitive yoga (TCTSY), art, play, CBT, etc... I know that you are unique and deserve to be seen. I am dedicated to the service of those who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety as they relate to trauma. I offer creative mediums because I know there are experiences that cannot be voiced, nor healed through words. I teach meditation, trauma sensitive yoga and mindfulness because I know that we need to find a way to gain a sense of inner peace.
