I have a particular love of working through trauma with clients, using Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Sandplay Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other trauma informed care. Using the lens of attachment theory, we can work together to repair early childhood wounds.
I aim to facilitate a gentle environment for exploration, self regulation, and help navigate your journey toward growth. My clients are some of the bravest and most inspiring people I know. My hope is to create a warm environment for you to explore and process past experiences, and ultimately move forward as you navigate your personal journey.
