So, you want to know a little bit about me, I suppose. You can share your story with me later! One question I get asked a lot is how and why I chose this career. Here's the backstory: I knew that I wanted to be a therapist as a young child, but as it sometimes happens, life had an alternate plan for me and took a slightly different course for a while. Yes, I am also a person that had to take the long way to get to my dream of supporting people on their journey.
On the bright side, this path has given me experiences, challenges, and relationships that I would not exchange for anything in the world, as these are the things that help make me a down-to-earth, spirited yet authentic clinician. I am truly honored to get to have a career that I am so passionate about.
I am a firm believer that EVERYONE can benefit from therapy at some point in life. As you may have read, I love pairing the science of therapy with the art of conversation.
