Our mission at Mindfulness Matters Behavioral Health, LLC is to promote optimal mental health services through advocacy, education, and support while providing culturally competent, holistic, and wellness-focused services. To promote and foster the well-being of all individuals, as well as promote and foster children’s social-emotional development and address social-emotional problems that currently exist. We will do this by using evidence-based strategies in our services, supporting staff training and well-being, implementing effective mental health consultations, facilitating mental health services for parents who need them.
Kambra Deitz, MSW, LCSW, RPT-S, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. Ms. Deitz has experience with a variety of challenge areas including anxiety, depression, adjustment, trauma, neglect, and emotional and sexual abuse. specialties include trauma work utilizing (EMDR), (TF-CBT). She also provides Sand Tray Therapy.
Ms. Deitz completed her undergraduate and Master’s degrees at the University of North Dakota.
