I want to help others find their strengths and feel empowered. I have a passion for helping women, whether they are struggling with anxiety, health issues, or becoming a parent. I am in the process of becoming trained in perinatal mental health treatment and hope to offer specialized treatments to those struggling with perinatal mental health conditions in the near future.
I hope to bring that emotional and mental well-being care to those in need. I also have training in trauma focused treatments and am available to help individuals who have experienced trauma. While I primarily work with adult women, I can also provide services to teens and young adults who struggle with anxiety and depression.
