Welcome! We are a group practice that offers a variety of services including individual outpatient services, substance use treatment, and group therapy (coming soon). Our focus is to decrease the stigma surrounding mental health, promote the health and well being of our clients, and provide services to the underserved populations. Each clinician works with a different population from 7-90+ in different stages of life. Some of the frameworks are Cognitive - Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Together, we will develop effective strategies, transform negative thinking patterns, and provide you with the resources and tools to flourish.
