Even daily life experiences such as work, parenting, caregiving, or the experience of racism can take toll on our moods and functioning. If they are not addressed, depression, anxiety, and other stress-related concerns can keep us from being fully able to engage in our lives.
I have specialized training in the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder and anxiety disorders. My services include assessment and diagnosis of psychological disorders and psychotherapy services for the treatment of conditions including adjustment, depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder and grief/bereavement.
Sometimes concerns about stigma can be a barrier to seeking treatment. I prioritize cultural sensitivity, and my goal is to provide a safe place to address your needs without fear of judgement.
