I utilize a person-centered approach to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a key focus of my practice. I work collaboratively with clients to identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors, promoting positive mental well-being and coping strategies.
