Greetings! I am a licensed clinical social worker, and an EMDR trained therapist. I focus on the here and now while working with individuals to understand how past experiences have influenced the present. I work with individuals and practice using a variety of contemporary approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, meditation, and mindfulness. I create a safe and nonjudgmental space for patients to explore and process their feelings while sharing experiences. I offer a free, brief consultation to answer any questions, learn about your needs, and see if we will be a good fit.
I have successfully helped individuals decrease symptoms relating to depression, anxiety, racial trauma and post traumatic stress. I also help patients learn coping skills to manage stress, anger, grief, and loss.
