The process of counseling is the bringing of new awareness on what is keeping us from reaching our full potential, & towards creating new meanings, & possibilibities.
My goal is to provide you with a safe space for you to process and explore the problem/s, and creating solutions, increasing inner resources/coping skills. My counseling approach is tailored to the needs and goals of each, individual, essential in creating strategies, solutions, and ultimately harmony in your life.
