Binge Eating Recovery Program
This program uses a multifaceted approach to resolving uncontrolled eating behaviors and related psychological/emotional struggles. This twice weekly program provides education around causes of binge eating, methods of overcoming it, and development of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We use an intuitive eating approach that supports individuals in identifying and listening to their bodies' unique hunger cues and food preferences. We also provide a customized group experience that allows each individual to explore and understand their own struggles and tailor their recovery plan to their unique needs. We welcome individuals age 15 and up. Thank you!
