As an intenSati Leader, I now bring this practice of mind body spirit to help my clients learn and be their best. intenSati combines movement, mantras, meditation to nurture the inner warrior!

This is a global coaching program, hosted online with annual in person workshops. The Image Shift teaches you the power of a positive self image, and the 3 secrets to manifesting the life of your dreams. We meet weekly with a book club, hot seat coaching, mindset lesson and Q&A.
