I offer in-person and telehealth sessions. I am here to help others reach their personal goals while providing a warm and judgement free environment. My eclectic approach is flexible and meets the person where there at, while matching the symptoms and disorders to the treatment approach. I help individuals identify specific struggles in their life. My experience has helped clients regulate emotions, and work through issues and struggles while providing tools to facilitate healing. I value a client counselor relationship.
My training and experience will provide therapeutic strategies, various ideas, and multicultural counseling’s to clients. I enjoy working side by side with clients while providing a safe and inviting environment that makes it comfortable for all to share and work on goals. Other competencies: mood/anxiety, coaching, & other emotional/behavioral issues.
Let's work together to move past any challenges that you may face during those difficult moments. You are not alone in this process. If you are ready to start the process I am open and ready to start this journey with you.
